We’re all eager to see who the Whites are going to sign this summer and it will hopefully prove worth the wait.
Certainly, patience eventually saw us deliver Marcelo Bielsa as our new manager and the same approach might be the best to adopt for new players.
Whilst we wait to see who comes in, though, we have to rely on bits and pieces from the likes of Phil Hay who has suggested – in conversation with a fan – that Juan Foyth could be allowed to join our club:
Pretty sure Pochettino would let him come. Bartley deal seems to have gone cold for now. Someone said to me a few weeks back that it might take until later in the summer to get that one right in terms of valuation etc. Honestly don’t know if Bielsa wants him though.

Mauricio Pochettino appears willing to work with Leeds, then, and the Bielsa factor must be behind that after we were linked with the young defender.
The Verdict
This is what you get with a manager like Bielsa.
Suddenly, we’ve got scope to sign players we might not have done otherwise and I’d hope that we see more than one example of that this summer.
