The fallout from last night has rumbled on all day today and there is bound to be plenty of news stories coming out in the coming days, too, that relate to what went on.
Most of us, of course, are thinking about Marcelo Bielsa’s future most of all but the future of several of the players will also be wondered about.
Indeed, it remains to be seen what happens to a number of players on loan at the club whilst the future of the likes of Pontus Jansson and Kalvin Phillips is bound to be discussed.
One man that looks set to be leaving soon and not coming back, judging by his message for now at least, is Izzy Brown.
He hardly played for us this season, of course, so we can’t say it’s a massive loss but it would have been nice to see more of him:
