The summer transfer window opens in a few weeks but beforehand the Whites still have plenty they need to sort out.
Whilst they’ll, hopefully, be looking at good players ready to improve our side for 2018/19, we also need to get contracts sorted for some of the talent at the club.
Tom Pearce is certainly one of them, then, with Phil Hay providing an update that talks are scheduled for this week.

The Verdict
I really hope we get a deal over the line for young Tom.
We’ve let this one run on and on and now we’re in real danger of losing him especially now other clubs have seen he has got a bit about him with his senior appearances.
He’s a player we need to keep.
