It can be easy to get disheartened when things go wrong this season and Tuesday night really underlined that.
We’ve been brilliant at times this year so to suddenly see that we are out of the top two is a real kick in the teeth, but one we cannot let get to us.
Indeed, to be title challengers all season is not something that we are used to in recent campaigns, and that underlines the wonderful job Marcelo Bielsa has done this season.
And, that said, Guillem Balague’s recent trip to West Yorkshire and his findings there have underlined just what a shift the Argentine has managed at the club.
Vias Adam Pope on Twitter, it’s been revealed just how the culture at the club has changed too – not just results on the pitch:
Inside Marcelo Bielsa's Leeds: 'He has changed the culture of the club for good' – BBC Sport #lufc https://t.co/fWNzOsK6m6

He’s worked wonders on a holistic basis, then, so let’s take a look at the best of what has been said…
Whatever happens this season we have to be eternally grateful for it-Bielsa is a legend and he is managing our beloved #Leeds in the championship-I just pray that @andrearadri ensures he stays put no matter what happens-excellent read-#mot

Every Leeds fan (especially the negative ones) need to read this! Really shows how far we have come and how lucky we are! Lots still to play for don’t give up #lufc

Every Leeds fan should read this before getting on his back about wrong player choices or substitutions. It’s the bigger picture that’s most important!

The biggest fear for me is building this culture and all the time and effort that goes with that, not getting promotion and then Bielsa leaving. Do Leeds have the funds to pay him £3 million next year? Would he want to work in the 2nd tier of English football again?

He is a genius

Marcelo done a excellent job at Leeds and if we don’t get promoted and he leaves sure he will recommend a replacment to Leeds Gerardo Martino which their is rumours he already has done super Leeds
