The Whites U23 side earned another win last night as our youth teams continue to excel this season.
Though the senior lads have been below par more often than not in this campaign, the players in the U23 and U18 teams have been much more successful and shown the kind of traits we need at the club.
Certainly, it’s been a positive few months for those not in the main squad and, saying that, it probably won’t be long until they make the step up.
With that said, then, after another win for the U23 side and some impressive goals to boot last night, plenty of our fans have reacted on Twitter:

The Verdict
I have been greatly impressed by what I’ve seen of the younger players coming through and it is surely only a matter of time before they make the step up.
Hopefully, when they do they will bring the kind of results they have been getting in the youth games and, if they manage that, we’re going to be looking strong once more.
