Having slipped up on Good Friday against Wigan Athletic, Leeds United would’ve been aiming to secure all three points as we travelled to Griffin Park on Monday to face Brentford.

Sadly for us and manager Marcelo Bielsa our automatic promotion hopes were massively dented as we suffered back to back defeats and the reaction of the players on the pitch at the fulltime whistle tells you everything you needed to know and the disappointment at the result.

It was a poor performance and there’s no denying that but as statistics website Whoscored showed, we had the chances, we just struggled to get them on target and it has been an issue all season long.

Centre-half Liam Cooper took Man of the Match with a rating of 7.53 for his efforts on the day, but he was the only player given a seven at the end of the 90 minutes.

Stuart Dallas (6.80), Luke Ayling (6.67), Adam Forshaw (6.65) and Pablo Hernandez (6.51).

Need a reaction against Aston Villa now to restore some confidence for the Play-Off run.
