While reacting to the potential departure of Ouasim Bouy, 73% of the Leeds United who answered our poll agreed that the Dutch midfielder should leave Elland Road. Since joining from Juventus on a free transfer, the Dutchman has failed to make a single appearance for the Whites.

As the Yorkshire Evening Post reported, as cited by Inside Futbol, the 25-year-old midfielder is expected to depart Elland Road following an extremely dull and unproductive season with Whites.

The Dutch midfielder joined Leeds on a four-year-deal, yet Bouy has failed to justify his signing nor evoke any palpable sense of excitement or anticipation. Naturally, it’s incredibly difficult – well, impossible – to make a purposeful impression as a new signing without first-team opportunities. That said, the fact that two separate managers in Thomas Christiansen and Paul Heckingbottom both disregarded the Dutchman is perhaps illustrative of his lack of quality.

Interestingly, despite being 25-years-old, the midfielder has only made 92 career appearances and failed to impress on loan with Cultural Leonesa in the Segunda Division where his loan deal was ultimately cut short.

With Marcelo Bielsa reportedly preparing an overhaul of the Leeds United squad, it would be illogical and irrational to keep Buoy, and 73% of Leeds United supporters concur with that statement.

Here is the result of the poll!
