Leeds United have within the last hour confirmed the speculation linking us with a season long loan move for Arsenal Academy graduate Eddie Nketiah, and he has now completed his move to Elland Road.

The 20-year-old youngster joins up for the 2019/20 campaign and he’ll offer Patrick Bamford competition at the top of the pitch following the departure of Kemar Roofe to Anderlecht, and we did have to battle against a number of other clubs given those also in for his services.
He made his Arsenal debut back in September 2017 and with Europa League experience also under his belt, his career record so far reads three starts, 16 substitute showings, with a return of three goals.
This is his first loan spell out though, and we all hope he lives up to his hype and hits the ground running quickly given our own promotion hopes for 2019/20.
He becomes our sixth arrival of the summer and we’ve handed him the No 14 shirt.
Good deal for both parties here. Eddie misses a few but is a very sharp all round striker that’s ready for this challenge. Reminds me a bit of Wrighty. #lufc https://t.co/9d10TrcE2N

Speaking of Ian Wright, he seems to approve of the deal.
