Andrea Radrizzani has confirmed that young striker Andrea Favilli is a player that the Whites are interested in signing in the future.
The forward is currently in Italy but a move to West Yorkshire later on in his career could be on the cards judging by the owner’s comments.
Indeed, he said that for this season experience was the target in the transfer window but if and when we are promoted it seems as though we might just make a move for the forward.
As quoted by Gazetta dello Sport – via Sport Witness – Radrizzani said:
“Concrete interest in Favilli, very strong, but for the promotion, we opted for the experience.”
I haven’t seen much of Favilli to be honest but if he is one for the future he could potentially be an exciting arrival.
It seems as though we can only get him in if we are promoted, though, and so hopefully that’ll happen sooner rather than later in the coming months under Bielsa and Radz.
