He certainly has made quite the impression at Elland Road since he arrived on deadline day.
There was plenty of hype surrounding him by fans when he first arrived, and he is certainly doing his best to live up to it.
He got his first goal for the club on his debut against Salford City and after he scored the winner against Brentford in the league the other week, then his status just kept growing and growing. In fact it’s sometimes easy to forget that he’s not our man, he’s only on loan from Arsenal.
That hasn’t stopped a lot of Leeds fans starting to get rather protective of him though. So when the young man posted a tweet from England U21 training camp alongside his Arsenal teammate Reiss Nelson, there was just one simple message that they had for him.
enjoy yourself Eddie but don’t get injured ????????????

And even though I wasn’t his biggest fan when he arrived, I must say I’m very much on board with those fans, I think he’s got a very important role to play in Leeds’ future. Although we do have a few more international breaks this season, so we may be biting our nails more than once this year.
