There is plenty of excitement surrounding Leeds United this season after what has been an impressive start to the campaign.
The Peacocks have been flying high near the top of the Championship ever since the season began, although a major blow was sustained prior to the international break as West Brom swept Marcelo Bielsa’s side apart to secure a 4-1 win.
That result saw Leeds slide down to third in the standings, presenting the Yorkshire giants with a stern challenge to get their campaign back on track when domestic football returns this weekend.
There are at least plenty of positives surrounding Leeds’ season at the moment though, one of which has been the performances of homegrown hero Kalvin Phillips – who spoke positively about his experiences with his boyhood club this week.
