Leeds United defender Lee Peltier has joined Nottingham Forest on loan.

The defender has joined Forest on loan for the remainder of the season after finding himself frozen out of the Leeds squad in recent weeks.

Peltier, who has made 27 appearances for Leeds this season hasn`t featured in the Leeds squad in the last three games after being substituted at half time in the 5-1 debacle against Bolton Wanderers.

It is believed he will be reunited at the City Ground with former Leeds boss Neil Warnock, who is set to replace Billy Davies has manager at Forest after he was sacked today. Warnock signed Peltier for Leeds from Leicester in the summer of 2012 and he was his captain during his year in charge at Elland Road.
