Leeds United secured a superb victory against Sheffield United on Saturday, travelling back across Yorkshire with all three points.
Pablo Hernandez scored the game’s only goal inside the final 10 minutes but it was the performance of Stuart Dallas that had many supporters on social media talking.
The Northern Ireland international has struggled for consistency this season but, in a wing-back role supporting Leeds’ three-man defence, put in what was arguably his best display of the season so far for Marcelo Bielsa’s side.
After scoring against Reading last week, the hope is that Dallas has turned a corner and he could now become a vital asset in the hunt for a return to the Premier League this season, providing a crucial boost as the Peacocks enter the busy festive season.
The 27-year-old was singled out by many fans after the game and we have gathered some of their comments below.
Lots af solid performances today but I have to say given that it’s not his position I thought Dallas was outstanding! He’s no ayling but he’s doing a great job in his place #lufc #alaw MOT

Wow. Those are the wins that get you promotion. Phillips, Jansson and Halme all class. But my MOTM was Dallas, never stopped down the right hand side, terrific work rate, making that right back position his own. #LUFC
