1998* Wimbledon H D 1-1 Premiership

 *On this day 1998, Leeds brought the curtain down on their 1997/98 season. Alfie Haaland scored for Leeds in a 1-1 home draw against Wimbledon.  The point for Leeds ensured a fifth-place finish and a place in the UEFA Cup the following season.

 **Away from the first team, on this day in 1993, the youth team took a huge step towards lifting the FA Youth Cup with a 2-0 win at Manchester United in the first leg of the final.

30,562 fans turned up at Old Trafford as goals from Jamie Forrester and Noel Whelan put Leeds firmly in the driving seat ahead of the second leg at Elland Road the following week.
