Leeds United have enjoyed a brilliant season so far and they sit top of the Championship with just nine games to play.
Therefore, there have been several outstanding individuals for Marcelo Bielsa over the past nine months but one player who has divided opinion is Helder Costa.
Having helped Wolves to the Championship title in the 2017/18 season, landing the Portuguese international on an initial loan was seen as a coup for the Whites. However, part of the deal means they are obliged to pay Wanderers £15m this summer as the move becomes a permanent one.
Will Leeds United be playing in the Premier League next season?
Yes
No
With just three goals and three assists in 37 games, it was put to Leeds fans on Twitter as to whether Costa will prove to be value for money at that price, which is a pretty significant sum.

And, it’s fair to say most think the club will be paying over the odds when it does go through, although others feel he will come good. Here we look at some of the comments…

I’m settling on the argument that it took Bielsa a year to get the best out of Jack Harrison. Costa was showing glimpses in recent matches

Yes if Bielsa wants him then that’s good enough for me and to see the improvement in Jack Harrison over the past year and Helder over this season makes me think he will be a great buy as will Jack

Been better than most people think imo but hasn’t quite justified that price tag yet. Scored a few goals and been pretty solid all in all but not set the league alight as you’d expect for that kind of money
