Leeds United suffered a blow ahead of the international break after losing 4-1 to fellow promotion hopefuls West Brom.
Defeat at the Hawthorns sent the Peacocks tumbling down to third place in the standings and just four points ahead of tenth-placed QPR, leaving the hopes of Marcelo Bielsa’s side earning a long-awaited return to the Premier League in jeopardy.
Plenty of improvements are needed in the run-up to Christmas and fans have been expressing their dismay on a number of occasions on social media. However, that has not lead to any waning in their support of the side.
The Peacocks’ next fixture is a home clash with Bristol City at Elland Road and, despite the recent defeat to West Brom, the gloomy November weather and the concerns about the club’s form, tickets continue to sell like hotcakes.
A post from the club’s official social media account revealed over 32,000 tickets have been sold for the clash and many fans flocked to give their response. We have gathered some of them below.
Just been smashed 4-1 and everyone is flooding to watch us anyway in cold and rainy November when the Mrs is wanting to go Christmas shopping 😂 no fanbase like it.

@lufc I think you’ve made a mistake on the graphic? It’s says 24th November at 3pm, this cannot be right because we don’t get 3pm Saturday kick offs
