The magic of the Carabao Cup.
Okay, it might not have the same ring to it as ‘The magic of the F.A Cup’, but it’s a cup competition and a chance for some silverware. Plus, it’s a competition that Leeds have had success in over the years, so the importance of it shouldn’t be dismissed.
And the best thing about it, at least in my mind, is that the games are midweek. So if you have a bad result on the weekend, you quickly get a chance to forget about it and move on, because you’ve got another game to look forward to.
For Leeds, they get to play Salford City and anticipation for this match has been growing ever since the draw was made back in June.
Now given how there have been some issues in the past with teams resting players, and with the EFL ever vigilant on teams making ‘too many changes’, Marcelo Bielsa will have to be careful when he makes his selection.
For Leeds fans though, there’s only one man that they want to see in the starting eleven tomorrow night, and that’s new signing Eddie Nketiah. However, when BBC’s Adam Pope posted that Bielsa was unsure about whether to start the 20-year-old, United fans weren’t too happy with that notion.
Why is it when we actually do sign a player which is rare we have to wait 10 games for them to come off bench if lucky

Chuck him in. Bielsa is the greatest thing to happen to this club for a while – but he needs to be more Leeds – let his hair down and go for it. hahah He needs to kick back and be experimental every now and then.

The guys played all pre season he and scored and played well against fiorentina and Munich. Trying to be too clever. Get him in let him score and then he is flying for next sat.

No brainer. Has to feature.

Play him. He was proving his worth at Arsenal pre season so what have we got to lose? He might also be able to score

He's probably as fit as anyone at our club.
