After weeks of run-ins with the board on Twitter, it looks as if all has been forgiven.
Leeds United today announced the signing of Eddie Nketiah on a season-long loan from Arsenal.
The 20-year-old has some big shoes to fill, as he’ll have to replace the 14 goals that Kemar Roofe brought to the side last season.
How did Leeds fans feel about the announcement? Well, exactly how you thought they’d feel. With the loss of Roofe to Anderlecht, is he going to be the man to help fire Leeds back to the Premier League? These supporters certainly do.

Although, there were some fans who decided to engage in a little bit of schadenfreude at the expense of one of their Championship counterparts. Having been linked with Bristol City in the past couple of days, Leeds fans were quick to mock the West Country side for pinching away one of their targets at the eleventh hour.

I guess, when you combine it with the result on Sunday, that that’s twice Leeds have beaten the Robins in the space of a week.
