New Leeds United board member Paraag Marathe has outlined his ambitions now that his 49ers enterprise group are part of the club.

It was announced earlier today that they were going to acquire a minority stake in Andrea Radrizzani’s ownership and it certainly looks as though they are serious about achieving during the relationship.

The Verdict

Well, this is promising stuff but we’ve supported this club for too long to know that actions speak far more than words.

Even so, I don’t have any suggestion in my mind that these guys are not serious about doing well for our club and so I think we’ll see the fruits of this deal emerge pretty early on.

They are sports people as well as businessmen and that might just bode well, so fair play Andrea Radrizzani.
