Garry Monk makes his latest return to Elland Road this weekend as his Birmingham side looks to put a dent in the Marcelo Bielsa express.

The Whites, really, are favourites but this will be a tough game because, despite not having won a game in the league this season, the Blues do actually play some nice stuff.

Indeed, they should be fine this year and so we’ll have to be ready for the challenge.

Monk, meanwhile, might get a few jeers from the crowd but overall I’d expect things to have moved on by now and it looks as though he and Andrea Radrizzani have completely cleared the air.

He revealed to Birmingham Live via the Yorkshire Evening Post, that he’s had a chat with the Italian since his exit:

“I have spoken to Andrea since I have departed, those differences have been put to the side now, whatever differences we had at the time.”

Monk left in a poor way but we can’t ignore that, actually, he was one of our better managers in recent years.

Even so, I still hope we beat him this weekend!
