Looks like we might not need Jean-Kevin Augustin afterall.

If we’re got someone like this man to come off the bench and grab us a couple of goals, then we’ll be OK afterall. That is of course assuming he manages to stay fit, because we know that’s been a problem for him in the past.

Leeds United beat Hull City 4-0 yesterday to solidify their place in the top two of the Championship, and there was one surprise man who made the headlines. I’m talking of course about Tyler Roberts. The Welsh international replaced Patrick Bamford with just over 20 minutes to play and certainly made an impact on the game as he scored two goals late on to seal the victory for Marcelo Bielsa’s men.

Should Roberts be getting more minutes?

Yes

No

No

And the Leeds fans piled on the praise for the 21-year-old after the game.

I’ve suggested before that he could potentially be an option to replace Pablo Hernandez going forward long term, but who knows; maybe he’ll be replacing Bamford going forward instead.
