According to Phil Hay, there might still be a chance that Paul Heckingbottom leaves in the summer.

Hecky has had it tough so far at the club with results not going to plan and much of what he has had to say not really going down well with our fans.

He’s got work to do to turn it around for next season, then, but, whilst he’s still in the job for now, it’s apparent that there’s still a chance he could go this summer over recruitment.

Phil Hay said in an exchange with a fan:

The Verdict

Personally, I still think Hecky will be in charge come the start of the season but it will be interesting to see if there is disagreement in the summer over recruitment.

Indeed, we need everyone pulling together next year and so any disagreement needs to be stamped out.

  • When the league get under way, & we’ve played 7 games…. won 2 drawn 1 & lost 4. All the die hard Leeds fans who think hecky is not the right man to take us into the premiership , will look at radrazzani & say …… WE TOLD YOU SO ..

  • Sorry but ‘Hecky’ must go. If he starts the season the whole club will be depressed…Radz has made a big mistake. There are plenty of good managers around now. He has got to admit he is wrong and get one of them. It will cost but not as much as total failure next season.
