‘Lunatic’, ‘Daft as a brush’ – These Leeds United fans react as player footage shared

Leeds United have enjoyed an excellent season so far and they deservedly top the Championship with just nine games remaining.

As a result, the current squad are understandably very popular with the support and there is a real bond between those on the terraces and the players who pull on the white shirt. And, one player who is appreciated in particular is Ezgjan Alioski, with the club regularly running #GjanniCam, which follows the Macedonian and records his antics.

The latest instalment of that came yesterday, with footage showing Alioski in training as he prepares for the return of the Championship. The 28-year-old, who plays down the left flank, scored with a header and then ran over to the camera for his celebration and pretends to punch it and then knocks it over.

It’s fair to say the Leeds fans enjoyed the short clip of Alioski and there were plenty of responses to the update. Here we look at some of the reaction…
