Leeds United defender Conor Shaughnessy has been included in the Republic of Ireland under 21 squad.

Shaughnessy is in the Republic of Ireland squad for their trip to Norway on Tuesday November 14th.

The 21-year-old has been included in the last two squads named by manager Noel King and he made his debut in the 4-0 win against Israel last month when he came off the bench.

Republic of Ireland currently lead their European Championship group with ten points from four games, in a group that also includes Germany.

The Leeds defender is the latest player from Elland Road to be called up for international duty.
