Vital Doncaster user 1879Rovers, real name Lee Brown, has been kind enough to answer a few questions ahead of the Yorkshire derby at the Keepmoat on Friday night between Doncaster Rovers and Leeds United.

Ten games in, what are your expectations for the season?
They are a lot higher than they were after seven!
We now have many players who were injured, returning and fully fit and we have added some experienced Premier League players to the side in recent weeks.
As long as we go no lower then lets see how high we can finish.

Were you disappointed to see Sean O`Driscoll leave?
A hard one to answer, he should go down in Doncaster folklore as probably one of the most successful managers the club have ever had. Unfortunately, he was struggling. You can hide behind the injury list that we had for so long but nineteen games without a win is enough. He still had a squad of players, all brought in by him who were signed as championship quality players. It was time to go but I wish him all the best in the future and I doubt he will be without a club for long.

How did you feel about the appointment of Dean Saunders?
At the time, I was still in a bit of shock following the departure of O`Driscoll. His appointment seems to be working at the moment. I just hope we can keep it going and its not just the new manager syndrome.

What are your strength`s and weaknesses?
We have a much more solid spine in recent games with the return of Shelton Martis, Brian Stock and Billy Sharp from injury. George Friend (who I believe was linked with you in the summer) is looking really good in defence and getting better all the time.

Who should we be afraid of?
Kyle Bennett gave your left back a hard time in the Carling Cup game and if he starts, I can see his pace causing your defence problems. If not then Billy Sharp is now back to full fitness and it can only be a matter of time before he starts scoring again.

How come you are suddenly signing lots of players?
I must admit its come as a surprise to most Rovers fans and the ability and experience of these players are from the top of the ladder. The three players we have signed, Chimbonda, Ilunga and Kirkland are all experienced Premier League and international players. Some of the players we have been linked with in recent weeks have been unbelievable. To see the so called ‘Little Donny Rovers` being linked with players like Diarra and Tevez have had me scratching me head.

If you could sign one Leeds player who would it be?
Not seen much of you on TV this season but I was impressed with Nunez who scored the two goals in the Carling Cup.

Prediction for the game?
We owe you one for the thumping at Elland Road last season. Maybe I am getting carried away with the recent results and new signings but I can see a similar score to the one at Leeds but this time in Rovers favour. 5-2 Rovers will do nicely.

Thankyou for your thought`s Lee. Enjoy the game but I hope the score line doesn`t finish the way you predict.

Lee has also agreed to rate the Leeds players on their performance on Friday night and his thought`s will appear over the weekend.
