Sanchez Watt scored his first goal in Leeds colours on Saturday and he`s hoping to get another against his parent club, Arsenal on Wednesday night.

Watt is on a season long loan from Arsenal and as only just recently returned to the United side after suffering an injury in mid October against Leicester City.

Since returning, he has been in terrific form and produced a man of the match performance in Saturday`s 4-0 win over Scunthorpe United, where he also opened the scoring with a terrific strike from outside the area.

Watt is now focusing on playing against Arsenal on Wednesday in the FA Cup replay at Elland Road and he feels that the side are in good enough form to produce a shock.

Speaking in the YEP, Watt said, ‘We’re going into the game with a lot of confidence and I hope we can win. I want to play to the best of my ability and I want to score. I want to show people that I can be a player and stay in this game for a long time.”

In the first game at the Emirates just over a week ago, Watt never celebrated with the Leeds players after Robert Snodgrass put United ahead and showed respect to his parent club by just returning to the Leeds half of the pitch.

Watt once again doesn`t plan to celebrate, even if it`s him scoring for Leeds, ‘It’ll be strange if I score but I’ll be feeling good about the fact that I’ve got a goal against a great team and a great defence. I won’t celebrate but inside I’ll be happy,’ he continued.

Watt was substituted halfway through the second half in the tie at the Emirates and he received a tremendous ovation from the Arsenal fans as well as the travelling Leeds fans.
