Barnsley boss Keith Hill was fuming with referee Darren Deadman following his sides 1-0 defeat at Leeds United.
Deadman awarded Leeds a penalty in the closing minutes of the first half after Lee Peltier was fouled by Stephen Foster on the edge of the area.
The video replays clearly showed the incident happened a yard outside the area and Hill says Deadman changed the whole aspect of the game by getting a decision massively wrong.
Speaking on BBC Radio, Hill said, “It was all down to one major decision that the referee has made and he has made the wrong one.
“He will probably know now that he has made the wrong one, not just by a marginal decision but the wrong one by a massive margin.
“It altered everything, with the flow of the game, the state of the game and the fact we were 1-0 down going into the second half and chasing the game.
“We have lost the game as a result, not of our own performance but a major refereeing decision that he has got seriously wrong.”
