Lee Trundle has returned to parent club Bristol City after Leeds decided not to extend his loan into a third month.

Trundle started well for Leeds and scored in his first full game the 2-0 victory at Brighton.

Since then though he put in some lacklustre performances including missing a penalty at Hereford which saw him dropped to the bench for the last five games of his loan.

Leeds may now bring in Derby County striker Liam Dickinson after he recovered from the injury that stopped him joining Leeds last month.
