The transfer window has now been open nine days and Leeds have just made their first signing Lee Trundle from Bristol City on a month`s loan.

There has been no other activity at Elland Road, although there has been much speculation.

Before his departure Gary McAllister was supposed to be at advanced stages with a number of players about joining Leeds but as yet we have seen very little activity.

With the club unable to keep clean sheets this season most Leeds fans were desperate for additions in the defence department.

We all knew as soon as the window opened that the Fabian Delph circus would re start and it didn`t take long for five or six clubs to be linked with the England under 21 international.

So far only a few players have been linked with moves away from Elland Road, Simon Grayson says no club has yet to make contact with him about any of his squad but the players linked with moves away are,

Fabian Delph – he`s been linked with Manchester United, Manchester City, Fulham, Newcastle, Arsenal, Portsmouth and Sunderland.

Ben Parker – The 21 year old defender has been linked with a move to League One rivals Brighton and Hove Albion.

Tresor Kandol – He`s been on loan at Millwall all season and they are interested in signing him full time when his loan expires this month.

On the other hand we have been linked with a number of players coming into Elland Road with only today`s signing of Lee Trundle happening.

The players we have been linked with so far are,

Jimmy McNulty – Stockport County defender

Michael Nelson – Hartlepool United defender

Wes Hoolahan – Norwich City midfielder

Steve Jennings – Tranmere Rovers midfielder

Alan Gow – Glasgow Rangers midfielder

Al Bangura – Watford midfielder

Jason Price – Doncaster Rovers midfielder

Dean Windass – Hull City striker
