Vital Leeds United is keeping fans up to date with all the latest transfer rumours over the summer with Neil Warnock looking to build a squad capable of mounting a promotion challenge next season.
It seems everything has shut down for the summer at Elland Road. Another quiet week with few new names being mentioned.
Former defender Matt Kilgallon has been linked with a return to Leeds, something he quickly denied, stating he is happy at Sunderland.
Brighton defender Inigo Calderon is also being linked with Leeds and it looks like everyone we are linked with, will also be linked with a move to Huddersfield.
The Paddy Kenny rumours grow stronger. The Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper has been told that he is free to look for another club according to reports and he has been posting some interesting comments on his twitter page to fuel the rumours.
One player we have been linked with from Queens Park Rangers, Clint Hill, now looks out of the question after the defender agreed a new one-year deal at Loftus Road.
The worrying trend at the moment is we seem to be seeing more players linked with a move away from Elland Road.
It did not take long for Robert Snodgrass to Aston Villa to materialise. Villa`s new manager and long-time admirer Paul Lambert does not even have his feet under the table at Villa Park and the Scottish Daily Record is linking the Leeds skipper with a move.
It looks like Brentford have not learnt their lesson. Having taken one donkey off us last summer in Mike Grella, they are now reportedly interested in taking Billy Paynter. Notts County are also being linked with the Leeds striker who has netted three goals in two seasons for Leeds.
Leeds number one goalkeeper Andy Lonergan is being linked with a move back to Lancashire with Bolton Wanderers after the former Preston North End keeper.
Aidy White`s agent looks busy. The want away defender is being linked with French and German top-flight clubs Lille and Werder Bremen. Amazing what one average championship season can do.
Neil Warnock returns this week after two weeks away from Elland Road so maybe we will hear a bit more about what is happening at the club, as it has been eerily quiet in the last week. Even the takeover talk seems to be dying of death.
If you read of any player links in or out of Elland Road then let us know on Vital Leeds.
