With four players away on international duty the game with Bradford City could finally see Ramon Nunez get his chance from the start in a Leeds United shirt.

The Honduran international has made just three substitute appearances for Leeds since joining almost a year ago, including the 3-1 defeat at Southampton on Saturday.

Nunez enjoyed a successful pre season, scoring in the friendlies against Motherwell and Sandefjord and with Max Gradel and Robert Snodgrass away on international duty this could be his opportunity to show boss Simon Grayson what he can do.

Leeds boss Simon Grayson indicated on Saturday that players who didn`t start the game on Saturday would get their chance to cement their place in the side. Speaking in the Yorkshire Evening Post, Grayson said, “I said on Saturday that it was the chance for players to show me they wanted to keep the shirt – now some others will get that chance and it`s up to them to do well to stay in the team.”

Grayson will definitely make three changes from Saturday with defender Darren O`Dea also on international duty.

The boss is also looking for a reaction after a dismal performance against Southampton, “Obviously, I`m expecting a reaction from the players because we need one.
“The Bradford game is a good one for us with it being a local derby and there will be a good crowd.
“We will be losing a few players on international duties, so it will give others the opportunity to come into the team,” he continued.

There is likely to be a good atmosphere in the ground on Tuesday night with around 20,000 expected for the game against local neighbours Bradford City.
