Leeds United have announced that coaching staff Pep Clotet, James Beattie and Daryl Flahavan will be leaving the club with new head coach Thomas Christiansen bringing in his own backroom staff.

Assistant head coach Clotet, first team coach Beattie and goalkeeping coach Flahavan have all been allowed to leave the club following the decision made by head coach Garry Monk to leave the club last month and they are now expected to reunite with Monk at his new club Middlesbrough in the coming days.

Christiansen is bringing in Julio Banuelos, Ivan Torres and Marcos Abad as part of his backroom staff.

Banuelos, who worked with Christiansen at his previous clubs APOEL Nicosia and AEK Larnaca, will be the new assistant head coach.

Torres has been appointed as the fitness coach and Abad as the new goalkeeping coach.
