Leeds United striker Marcus Antonsson has joined Blackburn Rovers on loan.

The Swedish striker has joined the League One side on a season-long loan and he goes straight into their squad for the clash with Doncaster Rovers on Saturday.

Antonsson struggled in his first season at Elland Road after joining them from Swedish club Kalmar FF.

He made ten starts in 21 appearances for Leeds last season scoring three goals.

Antonsson joins Lewie Coyle (Fleetwood Town), Tyler Denton (Port Vale) and Luke Murphy (Burton Albion) on season-long loans away from Elland Road this season.
