Spurs lost on Wednesday night 2-0 at Liverpool in the Premiership.

Last time out at home an inspired performance by hull City goalkeeper kept out the Spurs strikers and theyy had to settle for a 0-0 draw.

Spurs have been impressive at home this season but have suffered a couple of surpirse defeats against both Stoke and Wolves 1-0.

In the third round they disposed of Championship side Peterborough 4-0 at home.

The Whites find themselves in their worst run of the season having gone four games since their last win.

Since their shock of the thrid round win at Manchester United 1-0, they have drawn at home with Wycombe, lost at Exeter and were beaten at home in the Johnstone`s Paint Trophy 2-1 at home by Carlisle in midweek.

The last time they met in the competition was in the 1998/99 season in the fifth round, after a 1-1 draw at Elland Road, Spurs won the replay 2-0 thanks to two long range efforts from Darren Anderton and David Ginola.
