Leeds United midfielder Robert Snodgrass has had to withdraw from the Scotland squad who are due to face Japan this weekend through injury.
Snodgrass missed the weekend draw with Charlton after picking up a knee injury last week against Carlisle United.
The 22 year old had earned his first call up to the full Scotland squad for the friendly in Yokohama and was hoping to win his first cap.
