Leeds are trying to help Leeds fans during these times of financial hardship for a lot of people.
The Whites announced recently that they would be reducing the price of match day tickets by £1 from January 1st. Unfortunately this was not able to be passed on to season ticket holders so the club have come up with a plan to benefit season ticket holders for next season.
Any season ticket holder who renews for the 09/10 season before March 2nd will be able to purchase them for £10 less than last season.
These prices are guaranteed even if Leeds can somehow manage to get their season back on track and get promoted to the Championship.
Leeds are expected to announce next season`s season ticket prices later next month.
Personally I feel clubs should be doing even more and reducing prices by much more than this to help fans who are finding it hard to find the cash to follow their clubs.
There will be a lot of fans who will not be able to afford season tickets for next season and especially as early as March 2nd.
