Leeds United add new loan signing Andy O`Brien to their squad for the trip to Scunthorpe United on Saturday.

O’Brien signed on loan for a month on Friday from Premiership side Bolton Wanderers.

Billy Paynter and Ben Parker will be pushing for a place in the squad after both coming through another 90 minutes in a midweek friendly against Sunderland.

Parker may be needed at left back after George McCartney returned to his parent club Sunderland after a month on loan at Elland Road.

Club captain Richard Naylor is still on the sidelines, he missed the defeat to Cardiff on Monday with a knee injury and is still not fully fit.

Lloyd Sam and Shane Higgs are also both still on the sidelines as well as long term injured Patrick Kisnorbo.

Tony Warner, who was training with Leeds earlier this month is expected to start in goal for Scunthorpe with regular keeper Joe Murphy still struggling with a groin and shoulder injury.

Rob Jones is still missing with a hand injury but they are hoping that Gary Thompson will have recovered in time to play after missing the midweek reserve fixture through illness.
