Leeds made two changes from the side that lost at Huddersfield Town at the weekend, Andy Hughes is injured and replaced in defence by Ben Parker whilst Jonathan Douglas serves a one match suspension and is replaced in midfield by Jon Howson.

Carl Dickinson had Leeds first effort from distance but it was well saved by Gulacsi in the Hereford goal.

Taylor had Hereford`s first chance but his effort cleared the bar.

Myrie – Williams had a great chance to put the home side ahead but he lifted his effort over the bar.

Leeds went straight back down the other end but Delph`s effort was blocked by a defender.

Andy Robinson then had Leeds next effort but his shot was saved by the keeper.

Leeds really should have taken the lead when they won a penalty for a foul on Robinson, Trundle stepped up but his effort was saved.

Leeds were made to pay almost immediately when Myrie -Williams scored for the home side.

Hereford could have doubled their lead just before half time when Hewson shot just wide but they would be happy going in 1-0 up at the break.

Leeds started the second half strongly and Robinson had an early effort saved.

The visitors made a double substitution with half hour left bringing on Bradley Johnson and Mike Grella for Snodgrass and Trundle.

Hereford went 2-0 up when Fabian Brandy was at the far post to double their advantage.

Leeds made their final substitution of the night bringing on Prutton for Parker and going to three at the back.

Becchio had Leeds next effort but his shot went wide.

A terrible performance by Leeds and some of these well paid players need to take a long hard look at themselves before being allowed to pull on the Leeds shirt again.
