*On this day 1994, Gordon Strachan scored on his 37th birthday for Leeds as they came from 2-0 down with just a minute remaining of the FA Cup replay against Oxford United to force extra-time. That was to be as good as it got for Leeds as Second Division Oxford went through thanks to a Jim Magilton strike. To make matters worse, they sold him the following day to Southampton.
