*In the year 2000, the UEFA Cup semi-final first leg tie at Turkish side Galatasary took place just 24-hours after Leeds fans Christopher Loftus and Kevin Speight had been murdered by so called fans of the Turkish club.

Leeds showed their own disgust in UEFA, who insisted the game went ahead, by turning their backs on the game for the first minute.

The game should never have gone ahead but once again, Leeds got screwed over by UEFA!
