My apologies first must go to Steve Griffin who runs the Thames Valley Whites after my comments in my earlier article today about goalkeeper Jason Brown.

Steve had to put up with, ‘There is only one Jason Brown` chants for the duration of the trip up and down the M1 on Saturday from fellow Thames Valley Whites members, due to his resemblance to the goalkeeper who is currently on loan from Blackburn Rovers.

Steve has done a fantastic job of setting up along with a few others and running the branch since the spring of 2008 and they now have well in advance of 100 members.

They will be hosting a Leeds United on the road on the 26th November in Didcot Oxfordshire.

Already confirmed in attendance are Leeds United legends Peter Lorimer and Eddie Gray with a few of first team players or coaching staff also attending but are yet to be confirmed.

If you are interested in attending the evening, the prices are £15 adults and £10 for the under 10`s.

The evening will include a question and answer session with Peter, Eddie and the rest of the Leeds staff who attend as well as a buffet and quiz.

There are only a few tickets remaining, so if you are interested in attending or would like to join the branch that take anything from a 15 seat mini bus to a 51-seat coach to all home games and most away games, then please contact Steve at steve@thamesvalleywhites.co.uk
