Leeds travel to fellow promotion hopefuls Oldham Athletic on Monday night hoping to pick up their woeful away form in front of the live TV cameras.

Form

Oldham Athletic
Oldham Athletic won a promotion clash at Millwall on Saturday 3-2, they led 2-0 early on before Millwall scored two to level the match, just when it looked like the points would be shared Chris Taylor popped up in the last minute to take all three points back to Lancashire.
Last time out at home last Tuesday they suffered a surprise 2-0 loss against mid table Bristol Rovers.

Leeds United
Leeds were also involved in a promotion encounter against Scunthorpe United, in a similar story to that involving Oldham, Leeds took a 2-0 lead before Scunthorpe levelled the match, the returning Jermaine Beckford score with twenty minutes left to give Leeds all three points.
Leeds Achilles heel this season has been their away form, last time out on their travels they lost at lowly Hereford United 2-0.

History
Leeds United have a terrible record at Boundary Park, they have only won three times to Oldham`s ten in twenty previous encounters!

In fact one of Leeds rare away wins was the last time they visited, a 94th minute goal by Ian Westlake gave Leeds all three points last season.

There was a time in the 1980`s when Leeds and Oldham regularly locked horns in League Cup, League and play off encounters, in the space of five seasons Leeds visited Boundary Park nine times and regularly came away with nothing (that silly plastic pitch didn`t help!)

The two clubs have already met this season in Leeds first home game of the season; two goals by Chris Taylor gave the Latics all three points.
