Leeds United club captain Richard Naylor will be out until the New Year after undergoing knee surgery.

Naylor hasn`t played after suffering a knee injury in the home defeat against Leicester City in October.

It looked like he was close to returning to the first team when he made his comeback in the reserves game against Hull City earlier this month.

Unfortunately for Naylor the injury flared up after the Hull game and the club decided to send him for a minor operation to clean the problem area of his knee up.
