Leeds United striker Steve Morison has signed for former club Millwall on a season long loan.

The 29-year-old has struggled at Elland Road since arriving from Norwich City in January in a deal that saw Luciano Becchio head in the opposite direction.

Morison made 16 appearances for Leeds following his arrival but he managed just three goals.

The Welsh international scored 40 goals in 95 appearances in his previous spell with Millwall.

Morison, who is contracted to Leeds until the summer of 2016, will not be allowed to feature against Leeds when the two sides meet this season.
