Leeds United fought out a 2-2 draw at Liverpool in a behind closed doors friendly this afternoon at the Liverpool Academy.

Ross McCormack played his first game since suffering an injury in the 0-0 draw at Doncaster Rovers in September and marked his appearance with a goal.

With Leeds in first team action this evening it was still a fairly strong looking Leeds line up with Ben Parker, Leigh Bromby, Ross McCormack and Aidy White all completing 90 minutes.

Leeds led 2-0 at the interval thanks to an Aidy White strike and Ross McCormack scoring from the penalty spot against a inexperienced Liverpool side.

It was almost 3-0 before the interval but a Leeds effort came back off the post.

Liverpool came back to score twice in the second half and draw the game thanks to goals from David Amoo and Adam Morgan.
