Andy Penn will be the man in charge for Leeds Third Round Carling Cup tie against Hartlepool United.

Mr Penn so far this season has not flashed the card around too much, in the six games that he`s refereed he`s only shown eight yellow cards and no reds. That must be one of the best records in the League`s so far?

Last season he refereed 33 games showing 71 yellow cards and 6 reds.

The last time he was in charge of a Leeds United game was in the first round of the Carling Cup last season when United won 1-0 at Macclesfield Town.

Coincidentally the last time he was in charge of Hartlepool United was also in last seasons Carling Cup when they lost 2-1 at Sheffield Wednesday in the second round.

Referee: Mr A Penn (West Midlands)
Assistants: N. Murphy & G.J Sutton
Fourth Official: C. H Webster
