Cardiff City boss Malky Mackay is looking forward to a trip to Elland Road today and a game against Leeds United.

Mackay is enjoying a great season with Cardiff as they finally look to lose their bridesmaids tag after losing out in the play-offs in the past three season.

Cardiff come to Leeds seven points clear at the top of the championship but Mackay knows it is not going to be easy.

Speaking on the Cardiff City official website , Mackay said, ‘I`ve never had an easy game at Elland Road and I really enjoy going there.

“It`s going to be a tough one without a doubt. There`s a lot of history attached to that football club and ground and it`s one I have enjoyed going to as a player, coach and manager despite the results.

“It`s a ground you go to where there is always an atmosphere, there`s always a good crowd and you can sense the history attached to the place.’

The game sees the two form sides home and away in the division going head-to-head.

Leeds have won six games in a row at home in the championship whilst Cardiff have won their last four.
