Leeds United look all set to resign defender Shane Lowry on loan for the rest of the season according to the Aston Villa official website.
Lowry has already enjoyed a loan spell at Elland Road this season when he joined up with the club in January.
The loan period was cut short when he had to return to Villa to receive treatment on a knee injury.
Lowry made eight appearances for the whites during his initial loan stay.
It included the Johnstone`s Paint Trophy Northern final against Carlisle United where he was the unlucky player to see his spot kick saved in the decisive penalty shoot out.
