Both Leicester City and Leeds United are set to ring the changes for the Carabao Cup clash on Tuesday night.

Leicester caretaker manager Michael Appleton will want to build on his first game win at Swansea City at the weekend. Appleton took over from Craig Shakespeare last week and he will want to progress in the competition to enhance his chances of taking the job permanently.

In the previous round against Liverpool, Leicester brought Daniel Amartey, Ben Chilwell, Aleksandar Dragovic, Ben Hamer, Islam Slimani and Leonardo Ulloa and they could all start against Leeds.

Leicester continue to be without Robert Hugh and Matty James through injury.

Leeds made nine changes in the last round as they knocked out Premier League opposition with a penalty shoot-out win at Burnley.

With an important SkyBet League One clash with Sheffield United three-days later, Thomas Christiansen is set to ring the changes.

Felix Wiedwald, Conor Shaughnessy, Pontus Jansson, Vurnon Anita, Cameron Borthwick-Jackson, Hadi Sacko, Mateusz Klich, Pawel Cibicki, Kemar Roofe and Jay-Roy Grot will all be hoping for a start.

Leeds will be without Gaetano Berardi who starts the first game of a three-match suspension for his sending off at Bristol City at the weekend.

Stuart Dallas will also be missing after his mother died on Friday and Caleb Ekuban remains the only injured absentee.
