Leeds United boss Simon Grayson says they will have to assess defender Tom Lees ahead of the game at Barnsley on Saturday.
The defender had to be withdrawn in the first half after suffering a clash of heads that left him dazed and dizzy.
Grayson says they will know the full extent once Lees has seen the club doctor on Tuesday.
Speaking on Yorkshire Radio, Grayson said, “Tom had a clash of heads and came off with dizziness.
“We will see where we are with him with the doctor , but he was dazed and dizzy and had to come off. We will just see where we are with him after he has been to the doctors on Tuesday morning.”
The game at Derby saw the return of Darren O`Dea, who himself has been sidelined with a head injury since November.
O`Dea partnered Patrick Kisnorbo in the centre of defence with Lees moving to right full back.
Paul Connolly who was dropped to the bench replaced Lees and he would be the most likely replacement if Lees is unfit for Saturday.
